For Students: Artist's Statement

I have only been serious about art for about 3 years, and digitail media has only been there for one, maybe 2 of those years. Art has become my personal escape and I can truely say it has pulled me out of some of the darkest times in my life, and may have even saved me from myself at times.

I take my trade seriously and treat all art no matter the level with my upmost respect. Though I started with a fair amount of talent, I know that my own hard work and encouragement from the people around me,
(not to mention the reading of alot of books)
Is truely whats gotten me at the level I'm at today, and what continues to make me strive to be better.

Talents a nice headstart, but hardwork is what wins out in the end because without it... talent just withers.

Dont be surprised if I spell something wrong I try but my spelling has always been bad ^^;
My mom is also an Artist (WAY better than me) and My dad used to be a websight designer (before he got hurt)
